It also acknowledges the need to establish sound regulatory and financial governance principles for the environmental sector, and the noble intentions behind the law issued in this area. While we thank Prime Minister Salam and the ministers, we appreciate the consultative effort that preceded this decision, which reflects a sense of responsibility and collaboration in a critical situation."
